Your core focus will be supporting SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations and rollouts.Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Processes: Lead the complete design, configuration, testing, and rollout of O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes within SAP S/4HANA Retail.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams, retail stakeholders, and solution architects to gather and document functional requirements.

- Specification Validation: Validate functional specifications to ensure full alignment with retail industry best practices and standard SAP guidelines.

- Order & Revenue Management: Drive the management of pricing, promotions, returns, refunds, billing, and customer settlement workflows.

- Systems Integration: Oversee system integration across POS (Point of Sale), e-commerce, store operations, inventory tracking, and revenue reporting.

- Process Optimization: Provide tactical recommendations to optimize pricing strategies and promotional executions.

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead end-to-end testing phases (SIT, UAT) to guarantee seamless integration between sales, logistics, and finance modules.

- Go-Live Support: Provide active assistance during go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization phases.

- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners for successful project delivery.

Technical Skills

- Core proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) / O2C

- Direct experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository)

- Knowledge of IS-Retail, EWM,



and Ariba is considered a robust advantage

- Proven hands-on skills in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting

- Past experience managing multi-location and multi-country retail rollouts

- Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities

Eligibility &

Experience ProfilesJunior Level Requirements (5–8 Years Experience)

- 5–8 years of dedicated experience focusing on SAP SD/O2C workflows.

- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.

- Solid background in retail sales, POS systems, omni-channel structures, and returns management.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA retail store rollouts and multi-site deployments.

- Clear understanding of SAP SD pricing, condition techniques, output determination, rebates, and revenue account determination.

- Practical exposure to SAP CAR, IS-Retail, and POS DM platforms along with general familiarity with Fiori.

Senior Level Requirements (10–12 Years Experience)

- 10–12 years of verified experience specifically within SAP S/4HANA Retail environments.

- Deep domain expertise mapping out O2C + CAR functional processes.

- Proven track record handling complex retail system implementations, architecture solutioning, and direct client interactions.

- Advanced leadership, mentoring, and corporate stakeholder management capabilities.

- Certified background in successfully driving project go-lives and implementing continuous improvement cycles.
