Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration, business process analysis, integration with cross-functional modules, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP FICO processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions aligned with financial and controlling processes.
- Handle end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Design and support budgeting processes , cost allocations, financial planning, and reporting.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and user training.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP FI/CO processes.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration documents.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.

- SAP PS (Project System)
- SAP FM (Funds Management)

Project & Controlling Knowledge

- Clear understanding of:
- WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Cost Objects
- Cost Centers
- Internal Orders
- Project System (PS)
- Funds Management (FM)
- Budget Planning and Control
- Profitability Analysis

SAP HANA Reporting

- Experience in:
- HANA-specific financial reports
- Financial analytics and dashboards
- Profit Center Reporting
- Cost Center Reporting
- Internal Order Reporting
- Financial Reconciliation Reports

Inventory & Reconciliation

- Strong understanding of:
- Stock Reconciliation (Stock Reco.)
- MM-FI integration reconciliation
- Inventory valuation
- Material ledger concepts (preferred)

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- SAP FI/CO Certification preferred.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment is highly desirable.
