Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Contingent Workforce Management, SAP Fieldglass VMS, and Statement of Work (SOW) processes. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions to manage contingent labor and external workforce programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Fieldglass VMS for contingent workforce management.

- Manage end-to-end Contingent Workforce processes including requisition, candidate submission, selection, onboarding, time/expense, invoicing, and offboarding.

- Configure and support SOW (Statement of Work) processes in SAP Fieldglass.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into Fieldglass configuration and functional solutions.

- Configure Fieldglass modules, workflows, approval processes, rate structures, and business rules.

- Manage supplier/vendor processes,



including supplier onboarding and supplier management.

- Configure and maintain worker, job posting, assignment, time sheet, expense, and invoice processes.

- Support integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP/non-SAP systems, including HR, ERP, procurement, and third-party applications.

- Analyze and resolve production issues, integration failures, and configuration-related problems.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.

- Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

- Support data migration, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.

- Work closely with HR, Procurement, MSP, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements and Fieldglass optimization.
