About the Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced SAP FICO Lead for an international chance based in Lagos, Nigeria.
The ideal candidate should have 16 years of strong SAP FICO experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in the Oil & Gas or Mining industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement activities.
- Manage Finance and Controlling processes across the organization.
- Lead SAP FICO teams and coordinate with business stakeholders.
- Handle configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional SAP modules and business teams.
- Drive financial process optimization and SAP best practices.
- Provide leadership and functional guidance to the SAP FICO team.
- Manage critical issues, change requests, and business requirements.
- Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting processes.
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP FICO projects and ongoing operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 16 years of overall SAP FICO experience.
- Strong experience in SAP FI and CO.
- Experience in SAP implementation/support and business process transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Experience working with large-scale or international organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Oil & Gas or Mining industry experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.
