Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Experience: 6– 8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/New Delhi/Mumbai

Qualifications

CA/ICWA/ Bachelor/Master Degree in Commerce, Business Administration

- Minimum 2 End to End Implementations including S/4 HANA

Strong expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, COPA, PCA CCA) Positive to have Product

Costing experience

- Experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations
- Knowledge of month-end close, financial reporting, and controlling processes
- Strong integration experience with MM, SD, PP, HR, PM
- Experience in data migration, data mapping, and reconciliation




- Hands-on in configuration, testing (UAT), and support
- Strong understanding of business processes and SAP best practices

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FI-CO solutions
- Conduct gap analysis (As-Is vs To-Be) and propose solutions
- Manage testing, deployment, and hypercare support
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders
- Provide user training and documentation
- Handle client communication and issue resolution

Preferred:

- Experience in Manufacturing industries (FMCG, Auto, Steel, Textiles)
- Exposure to Service industry
- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
- SAP S/4HANA Certification

Skills:

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple projects
