Job Title: SAP FICA Archiving Consultant

Location: PAN India

Years of Experience: 6- 10 Years

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

Design and implement archiving strategies for SAP FICA objects, including:

FICA documents (payments, receivables, clearings)

Dunning data

Interest documents

Installment plans

Contract accounts and business partner related data

Analyze data volume growth and define retention policies in alignment with legal and business requirements.

Execute and monitor FICA archiving runs using SAP Archiving Development Kit (ADK).

Ensure proper sequencing and dependency handling among cross module archiving objects.

Technical & System Responsibilities

Configure archiving objects, variants, and logical file paths.

Work with SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) and DART, where applicable.

Provide L2/L3 support for FICA archiving `related issues.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills (Mandatory)

Robust hands `on experience with SAP FI`CA data archiving.

In depth knowledge of FICA business processes (Contract Accounts, Cleared/Open Items, Dunning, Payments).

Experience with SAP ADK and archiving object configuration.

Understanding of legal data retention and audit requirements.

Ability to analyze high volume transactional data.

Experience with

SAP ISU Archiving

SAP ILM

S/4HANA system conversion / readiness

Basic knowledge of

ABAP debugging (archiving programs)

SAP Basis concepts related to archiving

Exposure to utilities or public sector systems with large FICA data volumes.
