Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), with robust hands-on expertise in Process-Oriented Storage Control (POSC), Layout-Oriented Storage Control (LOSC), and RF Framework.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP EWM warehouse processes, with a particular focus on complex warehouse movements, storage control, RF transactions, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP EWM warehouse management processes.
- Design and implement Process-Oriented Storage Control (POSC) for complex warehouse processes.
- Configure Layout-Oriented Storage Control (LOSC) to control warehouse movements based on storage bin/layout.
- Configure and support SAP EWM RF Framework and RF transactions.
- Design warehouse process flows involving:
- Inbound processing , Put away, Internal warehouse movements
- Picking, Packing, Staging, Loading, Goods issue, Deconsolidation
- Configure warehouse process types, warehouse orders, warehouse tasks, activity areas, storage types, storage sections, and storage bins.
- Configure POSC steps, warehouse process types,



process steps, and determination logic.
- Configure LOSC for optimized movement paths and bin-to-bin warehouse activities.
- Develop and configure RF screens, RF menus, logical transactions, and RF devices.
- Troubleshoot RF transaction and warehouse execution issues.
- Configure queue management, resource management, and RF-related settings.
- Integrate EWM with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, including delivery, inventory, and goods movement processes.
- Support integration with automation systems, MFS, conveyors, scanners, printers, and third-party warehouse equipment where applicable.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into EWM technical/functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and process documentation.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, integration testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex EWM warehouse execution issues.
- Work with business users, warehouse teams, developers, and other SAP functional teams.
