nRole: Data Migration Expert (SAP MDG + S/4HANA)

n

nKey Responsibilities:

n

n✅ Lead end-to-end enterprise data migration initiatives into SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG

n✅ Define migration strategy, governance, scope, migration waves, and data ownership

n✅ Conduct source system analysis and data profiling across:

n

n
- Salesforce
n
- Workday
n
- Oracle
n
- Microsoft Dynamics
n
- PeopleSoft
n
- SAP ECC
n
- Legacy ERP platforms
n

n✅ Facilitate source-to-target mapping workshops with business and technical stakeholders

n✅ Design and optimize ETL processes for extraction, transformation, validation, and loading

n✅ Develop and enhance SAP migration objects using:

n

n
- SAP Migration Cockpit




n
- LTMC
n
- LTMOM
n

n✅ Lead data cleansing, enrichment, standardization, reconciliation, and quality initiatives

n✅ Manage SIT, UAT, Mock Loads, Dress Rehearsals, Cutover, and Go-Live activities

n✅ Drive cutover planning, migration execution, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization

n✅ Provide migration status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication

n
