Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jaipur. The Salesperson will identify and qualify leads, conduct product presentations and demos, and explain how the company’s AI and technology solutions address client needs. The role involves managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

The Salesperson will collaborate with technical and consulting teams to tailor solutions,



follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Daily activities include client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, attending industry events when needed, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong consultative sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, relationship-building, and closing deals.
- Ability to understand and communicate technology solutions, especially AI, automation, software development, and digital transformation concepts, in clear business terms.
- Experience using CRM tools, managing sales pipelines, and preparing structured proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at different organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach, with strong time management, organization, and on-site client interaction skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred; prior B2B or technology sales experience is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and willingness to learn about new AI and technology offerings.
