About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Salon Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Green Trends salon at Borewell Road, Whitefield.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in salon operations, team handling, customer management and sales. The person should be confident in managing the salon independently and ensuring smooth operations while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle and motivate the salon team, including stylists, beauticians and support staff
- Monitor daily sales, targets, bills, ABV and service performance
- Drive salon sales through customer consultations, service recommendations, packages, memberships and retail
- Ensure excellent customer experience and customer retention
- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline
- Ensure proper implementation of salon SOPs and service standards
- Monitor inventory, product usage and stock requirements
- Coordinate billing, cash handling and daily reports




- Follow up with existing customers and encourage repeat visits
- Support customer acquisition through local marketing, referrals, Google reviews and social media initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and overall salon presentation
- Coordinate with the management/franchise team regarding operations, targets and requirements
- Ensure the salon consistently meets its monthly business and operational targets

Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in salon management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of salon operations and services
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong team management and leadership abilities
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly targets
- Comfortable handling billing, reports, inventory and basic operational responsibilities
- Should be proactive, responsible and capable of taking ownership
- Should be comfortable working in a target-driven workplace
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Experience with Green Trends or other reputed salon brands will be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
