About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our agile team remotely. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Salesforce Omni Studio components, including Omni Script, Data Raptor, Flex Cards, and Integration Procedures. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on development skills, capable of leading technical implementation efforts and guiding cross-functional teams to successful project delivery.

The Salesforce Technical

Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Health Cloud domain, ensuring they align with business objectives, security standards, and best practices. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex integrations, innovative features, and cutting-edge AI-enabled solutions, contributing significantly to our clients' digital transformation journeys.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-12 years of qualified experience in Salesforce development, with at least 7+ years dedicated to hands-on work with Omni Studio components such as Omni Script, Data Raptor, Flex Cards, and Integration Procedures.



Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce security models and data architecture.

Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Developer, Health Cloud Consultant, and Platform Developer I/II are highly preferred. A background in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft will be advantageous. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and a proactive approach to learning current Salesforce features and updates.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability and performance optimization. Implement and configure Omni Studio components, including Omni Script, Data Raptor, Flex Cards, and Integration Procedures, to facilitate seamless business processes. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements, translating these into robust technical solutions that align with organizational goals.

Develop and maintain custom Lightning components, Apex classes, and triggers to extend Salesforce functionality. Uphold best practices in Salesforce architecture, security, and data management to safeguard sensitive information and enhance system performance.

Integrate

Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware solutions like MuleSoft, to enable efficient data exchange and process automation.



Conduct thorough unit testing, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, including debugging and resolving defects within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative enhancements. Lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
