So, whats the job?

- You'llprovide day-to-day Level 2 support for the Salesforce platform, ensuring timelyresolution of user issues and platform-related requests.
- You'llconfigure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, includingcreating and maintaining dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- You'llmonitor Salesforce logs and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and remediatebugs and system issues.
- You'llact as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries, providingend-user support and ad hoc training when needed.
- You'llcollaborate with Salesforce users to gather feedback, understand pain points,and recommend platform enhancements.
- You'llassist users with production verification testing and user acceptance testing(UAT) to ensure successful deployment of changes.
- You'llsupport the testing team by participating in Salesforce regression testing fornew releases and system updates.
- You'llmanage Salesforce data and database integrity,



including data cleansing,sandbox preparation, backup and restore activities, object optimization, andsecurity settings.
- You'llmaintain the overall health and security of the Salesforce org, includingapplying security updates, managing certificates, and ensuring platformstabilityAnd what are we looking for?
- You'llhold a relevant qualification in IT, Engineering, Business, or a relateddiscipline.
- You'llbring 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud andService Cloud, with Experience Cloud and Pardot knowledge considered anadvantage.
- You'llpossess Salesforce certifications such as ADM301 or equivalent credentials.
- You'llhave hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Reports,Dashboards, and Lightning templates.
- You'llbe familiar with Salesforce add-ons such as Conga, OwnBackup, or similar tools,which would be highly beneficial.
- You'llhave experience delivering end-user training and supporting user adoption ofSalesforce solutions.
- You'lldemonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- You'llhave proven experience working in complex Salesforce environments and applyingstrong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve root causes.
