So, what’s the job?

- You'll provide day-to-day Level 2 support for the Salesforce platform, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and platform-related requests.
- You'll configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including creating and maintaining dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- You'll monitor Salesforce logs and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and remediate bugs and system issues.
- You'll act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries, providing end-user support and ad hoc training when needed.
- You'll collaborate with Salesforce users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and recommend platform enhancements.
- You'll assist users with production verification testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment of changes.
- You'll support the testing team by participating in Salesforce regression testing for new releases and system updates.
- You'll manage Salesforce data and database integrity, including data cleansing, sandbox preparation, backup and restore activities, object optimization, and security settings.




- You'll maintain the overall health and security of the Salesforce org, including applying security updates, managing certificates, and ensuring platform stability

And what are we looking for?

- You'll hold a relevant qualification in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- You'll bring 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with Experience Cloud and Pardot knowledge considered an advantage.
- You'll possess Salesforce certifications such as ADM301 or equivalent credentials.
- You'll have hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Lightning templates.
- You'll be familiar with Salesforce add-ons such as Conga, OwnBackup, or similar tools, which would be highly beneficial.
- You'll have experience delivering end-user training and supporting user adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- You'll demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You'll have proven experience working in complex Salesforce environments and applying strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve root causes.
- You'll bring a proactive mindset, a strong willingness to learn, and a positive "can-do" attitude toward challenges and continuous development.
