We are not looking for someone who simply executes test cases or reports defects. We're looking for a Salesforce QA professional who understands how the platform works, can challenge solutions from a quality perspective, automate intelligently, and take ownership of the end-to-end quality of Salesforce releases.

You'll be working across Salesforce functionality, automation, APIs, integrations, backend data, security, and CI/CD to help build a reliable enterprise Salesforce platform.

As our Salesforce platform continues to grow, quality engineering is becoming increasingly important. We're looking for someone who can help us build a robust, scalable and automated testing approach rather than simply validate functionality at the end of a development cycle.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own functional and automated testing across Salesforce applications and business processes.
- Design comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, test data and regression suites.
- Test Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, Lightning UI, Flows, validation rules, approvals and business automation.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO or equivalent frameworks.
- Build reusable automation components, frameworks, page/object models, assertions and reporting.
- Validate Salesforce backend data using SOQL and Salesforce tools.
- Perform REST/SOAP API testing using Postman, REST Assured or equivalent tools.
- Test Salesforce integrations with external systems, including request/response validation, error handling and integration outcomes.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, smoke and end-to-end testing.
- Investigate automation failures and determine whether the root cause is related to application functionality, automation code, test data, configuration,



integration or environment.
- Validate Salesforce security scenarios involving Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing and Field-Level Security.
- Execute automated regression suites and analyse logs, screenshots, reports and test results.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and work with Git/source control.
- Manage defects through their complete lifecycle using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, business analysts and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to quality standards, test strategy, automation practices and continuous improvement.
- Support release validation and production defect analysis.
- Help identify opportunities to increase test automation coverage and reduce regression effort.

What We're Looking For

- 4–5 years of QA/testing experience, with significant hands-on Salesforce testing experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce application and configuration testing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce functional and automation testing.
- Strong experience with test scenarios, test cases, test data, execution evidence and regression testing.
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or WebdriverIO.
- Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or another automation programming language.
- Ability to write and use SOQL for Salesforce data validation.
- Experience testing Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approvals and record-triggered automation.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API testing and integration testing.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression, smoke and end-to-end testing.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing and FLS.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Positive to Have

- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
- Salesforce Platform Foundations certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Strong Selenium WebDriver, Playwright or Cypress framework development experience.
- API automation using REST Assured or equivalent.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI and sandbox/scratch environments.
- Experience with performance, load or security testing.
- Experience testing Salesforce Files, ContentDocument, ContentVersion and ContentDocumentLink.
- Experience testing asynchronous Salesforce processing, scheduled jobs and integration retry/error handling.
- Experience validating large data volumes and data migrations.
- Experience creating automation dashboards, reports and quality metrics.
- ISTQB or other recognized QA certification.

Contract or Full-Time
