Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer – Marketing Cloud to join our technology team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, solution development, integrations, and technical leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Develop and maintain Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Mobile Studio solutions.
- Design and develop complex Marketing Cloud Journeys, automations, email campaigns, and customer engagement solutions.
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Configure and manage Data Extensions, Subscriber Management, Contact Builder, and Data Designer.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM systems, APIs, and external applications.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware/integration platforms.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, solution design, and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot performance, integration, data, and deployment-related issues.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development, security, and coding best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills & Experience




- 7 years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Marketing Cloud Engagement
- Journey Builder
- Email Studio
- Automation Studio
- Content Builder
- Contact Builder
- Cloud Pages
- Data Extensions
- Strong programming experience in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Experience with data management, segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently lead technical development activities and mentor team members.

Good to Have
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
