Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manual + API Tester

Location: PAN India

Experience: 6-8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Role Overview The QA Tester will be responsible for validating end-to-end business workflows across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud platforms. The role involves testing campaign orchestration, customer segmentation, data ingestion, integrations, data quality, analytics validation, and supporting test automation initiatives using Playwright with Python.

The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and cross-functional QA teams in an Agile/Scrum setting to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise marketing and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute end-to-end test cases for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud workflows based on requirements provided by Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Perform manual testing across Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud applications.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing based on release requirements.
- Validate campaign workflows, customer journeys, audience segmentation, customer data, and marketing processes.
- Validate data ingestion, transformation, synchronization, and data quality across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and integrated systems.
- Perform API testing to validate integrations, data exchanges,



request/response payloads, and backend services.
- Use tools such as Postman for API validation and testing.
- Document, review, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data, and test results.
- Maintain complete requirements-to-test-case traceability.
- Identify, document, report, and track defects using JIRA and HP ALM/Octane.
- Perform defect retesting and regression testing after fixes.
- Support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting across different environments.
- Identify and report issues related to data quality, users, integrations, interfaces, configurations, and test environments.
- Support UAT activities based on project and release timelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Participate in regular QA sync-ups and reviews under the supervision of the QTS QA Manager.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, integration teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support QA automation initiatives using Playwright with Python.
- Execute or support automated regression tests as part of build and release cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and documentation.
