Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Saleforce DevOps Engineer with robust expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices and tools such as Copado, Git, and Azure DevOps (ADO). The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, enabling efficient, reliable, and scalable release management across Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Copado and ADO.

- Manage source control strategy with Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution).

- Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with development teams to define DevOps best practices and enforce coding standards.

- Support release management activities, including planning, monitoring, and issue resolution.

- Integrate testing, code quality checks, and security scans into the deployment pipeline.

- Provide troubleshooting support for deployment issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and training to upskill development teams.

- Work closely with stakeholders (functional, technical, QA,



and business) to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- 48 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in Salesforce DevOps.

- Hands-on experience with Copado (mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows (feature branching, pull requests, code review).

- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and work item tracking.

- Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, SFDX, and package-based deployments.

- Knowledge of release management processes in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot deployment failures.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Gearset, AutoRABIT, or other Salesforce DevOps tools.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization concepts.

- Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, etc.) integrated with CI/CD.

- Salesforce certifications (Admin/Platform Developer) and Copado certifications.
