POSITION SUMMARY

The Salesforce Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - India is a varied business-facing role that will help continuously improve and grow ETS and subsidiaries Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform globally.

This position will create Scenarios and Test Scripts to perform testing during the multiple steps of Salesforce Commerce Cloud development (functional testing, integration and UAT). The Salesforce Commerce Cloud Senior QA Engineer is responsible for executing quality checks and ensuring that the application is developed as per business requirements. This role provides knowledge and support for application testing, testing automation, performance testing and continuous improvements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify test requirements from user stories and design testing to ensure coverage of features.
- Develop, document, and maintain test cases, data,



and scripts used.
- Develop end-to-end test scenarios for Salesforce Commerce Cloud Integrations.
- Isolate, replicate, report, and verify bug fixes.
- Log, track, and manage issues, bugs, and enhancements.
- Evaluate existing test artifacts and design test cases and scripts for new releases.
- Identify any potential quality issues immediately and report them to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Development Lead.
- Be an integral part of the development team through the establishment of testing processes and control gates.
- Work with development teams to understand root causes and implement fixes.
- Assist in Defining metrics to track completion, defect reports and prevention, and test coverage.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

- Ability to Develop solutions using best practices with customer success in mind.
- Ability to Interpret technical specifications and create technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of key components of QA principles.
- Excellent tracking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence, Relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail in fast paced cross-group development.
- Ability to Coordinate with multiple teams during test definition and execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 6 years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience.
- Minimum 6years of software testing experience.
- Experience documenting for test development, execution, and defect management with JIRA or similar.




- Experience implementing and developing in JSON, CSS, XML, Apex, LWC/JavaScript, and SQL.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud Certification is a plus.
- Agile (Scrum) experience is desirable.
- Selenium automation experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of Retail and Ecommerce in general is a must.
- Experience with end-to-end, integration, and API testing is desirable.
- Active participation in the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Community and Trailhead is preferred.
