POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented and passionate back-end engineer to join our team and work on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications that deliver engaging and personalized shopping experiences to our customers.

As a back-end engineer, you will work closely with other developers, designers, and business stakeholders to understand the requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. You will also follow best practices and standards to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design,



develop, and implement scalable back-end solutions for SFCC ensuring performance and reliability.
- Integrate Salesforce Commerce Cloud with third-party services and APIs using RESTful web services, OCAPI, and custom cartridges
- Understand and optimize existing integrations with custom third-party APIs.
- Manage and configure SFCC Business Manager to optimize product catalogs, promotions, and storefront performance. Debug and troubleshoot issues using browser developer tools, SFCC Business Manager, and other tools
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and code deployment using Git, Jenkins, and other tools
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Experience and Skills:

- Proficiency in SFCC architecture including back-end systems and data models
- Ability to implement customizations for complex business domains using ISML, JavaScript, and OCAPI
- Familiar with web services and APIs integration using RESTful, OCAPI, and custom cartridges
- Experience with code versioning and deployment tools such as Git, Jenkins, etc.
- Strong knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:




- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 6 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development using SFRA, Pipelines, Controllers, Demandware Script, etc.
