Job Summary

- Answer customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages with clear and professional communication.

- Create and customize travel packages as per customer requirements (domestic & international).

- Explain travel itineraries, inclusions, and pricing clearly to customers.

- Convert inquiries into bookings and close sales confidently.

- Handle customer complaints politely and provide after-sales support when required.

- Maintain accurate sales data, quotations, and customer records using MS Excel and other tools.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.

- Preferred:



At least 1 year of experience in travel sales / tour & travel industry / customer handling.

- Excellent communication skills with Intermediate English (mandatory) and Hindi.

- Strong sales mindset with the ability to convince customers and close deals.

- Good knowledge of computers and tools like MS Word, Excel, and Email.

- Responsible, target-oriented, and customer-focused working attitude.

- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
