- Lead and manage the automobile sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Guide and motivate Sales Relationship Officers and other sales staff.
- Monitor daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer enquiries and support the team in closing sales.
- Ensure proper CRM/customer data updates and reporting.
- Conduct team meetings and provide regular performance feedback.
- Coordinate with management on sales performance and market activities.
- Experience: 2–5 years in automobile sales/team handling preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
