Miyuki Kawaii House, Udupi is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Sales Staff to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Handle billing and cash/UPI/card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
- Support promotional activities
- Handle customer questions and feedback professionally.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of English and/or the local language.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
