Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Hardware Sales team in Azhikode, Kannur.

The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of hardware and building-material products, along with practical sales experience in hardware stores, building-material showrooms, paint and hardware businesses, or hardware distribution/dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers and understand their hardware and building-material requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, specifications, and budget.
- Generate sales and convert enquiries into orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, builders, and other business clients.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, pending orders, and customer requirements.
- Maintain good knowledge of hardware, tools, fittings, building materials, paints, and related products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.




- Coordinate with the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Keep track of market trends, customer requirements, competitor products, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activities.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in:

Hardware stores, Paints & hardware businesses, Building materials, Construction material showrooms, Hardware distribution/dealership

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of hardware and building-material products
- Ability to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills

Candidates with strong product knowledge and existing relationships with customers, contractors, builders, or other business clients will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
