Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Fatehabad.

The Sales

Specialist will identify prospective customers, explain L.I.C. products, and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions aligned with customer needs. The role involves conducting in-person meetings, following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Specialist will provide ongoing customer service, assist clients with policy-related queries, and support renewals and upgrades. The role also includes participating in training sessions, collaborating with sales management,



and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and respond effectively to inquiries.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as willingness to learn and apply product and compliance knowledge, and support peer learning when needed.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management-related skills, including basic pipeline management, reporting, and coordination with supervisors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or field sales is an advantage but not always required if there is strong motivation to learn.
- Ability to work on-site in Fatehabad, manage time effectively, and operate with integrity and respect for all customers.
