Hotelooms is building a modern hospitality procurement company focused on making hotel-room procurement easier, more reliable and more professional.
We work with hotels and hospitality businesses across products such as mattresses, linen, towels, amenities and other hotel-room essentials.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle—from finding and understanding the customer to closing the order and ensuring payment follow-up.
What You Will Do
Identify and visit hotels and potential hospitality customers
Meet hotel owners, purchase managers and decision-makers
Understand their room requirements and procurement needs
Prepare and send quotations
Follow up consistently on leads and quotations
Coordinate samples and product requirements
Negotiate and close orders
Coordinate order handover with the internal team
Follow up on outstanding payments
Develop repeat business from existing customers
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM
Maintain a transparent sales pipeline and daily activity report
Share lost-deal reasons and customer feedback with management
What We Expect
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in meeting customers face-to-face
Ability to understand customer requirements
Good follow-up discipline
Target-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM
Willingness to travel locally for hotel visits
Previous B2B/hotel sales experience will be an advantage
