One Life – The Lifestyle Store is a multi-category retail store in Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram, offering a wide variety of lifestyle and everyday products, including toys, bags, stationery, crockery, footwear, jewellery, fashion accessories, gifts, and more.

We are looking for a Sales & Social Media Executive who is confident with customers and also enjoys creating engaging social media content, especially Instagram Reels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Store Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and alternatives
- Handle customer queries and provide a good shopping experience
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure products are properly arranged
- Assist with stock checking and product replenishment
- Support billing and other day-to-day store activities when required
- Keep the sales floor clean and organized

Social Media & Content Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos for the store
- Shoot videos of products, new arrivals, offers, collections, and store activities
- Create content showcasing jewellery, fashion accessories, bags, footwear, gifts, toys, stationery, crockery, and other products
- Appear in reels when required and be comfortable presenting products on camera
- Edit simple videos using mobile editing apps




- Come up with creative ideas for reels and promotional content
- Assist with posting content on Instagram and other social media platforms
- Help promote special offers, seasonal collections, new products, and store promotions
- Keep up with current social media trends and adapt suitable trends for the store
- Maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence for One Life

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, customer service, or social media/content creation is preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable speaking on camera and appearing in short videos
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Instagram Reels
- Ability to shoot and edit simple videos using a smartphone
- Creative mindset and ability to come up with new content ideas
- Friendly, confident, and presentable personality
- Good understanding of customer needs and sales
- Basic knowledge of video-editing apps is an advantage
- Should be responsible, punctual, energetic, and willing to learn
- Willingness to work 10 hour shifts and one weekly day off

Who We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to customers and selling products but also has an interest in Instagram, Reels, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle content, and social media trends.

Freshers with strong social media/content-creation skills may also be considered if they demonstrate good communication and sales ability.

Salary & Benefits
