- Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products or vehicles.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options to customers.

- Generate recent leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and other sales channels.

- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives when required.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Negotiate with customers and support the sales process from inquiry to final delivery.

- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and required documentation accurately.

- Maintain customer records and update sales activities in CRM systems.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.

- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Maintain showroom presentation and follow company sales policies and procedures.
