The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify leads, present DexLabs AI Education solutions to schools, institutes, and individual customers, and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily tasks include conducting product demos, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with the marketing and training teams to support campaigns and onboarding.



The role involves building strong relationships with institutional partners, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored AI education solutions.

The Sales

Specialist will also gather market feedback to help improve products and contribute to sales targets and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets in an education or technology-related environment.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to support product onboarding, guide clients, and coordinate sales initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts or opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfort with technology and AI concepts; prior experience in edtech or education services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on ethical and inclusive sales practices.
