Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell LESSO products, including PVC, CPVC, PVC Conduit, PPR, HDPE piping and plumbing products.

The role will focus on sales, market development, customer relationship management, and new business development within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the company's piping, plumbing, and building material products to existing and potential customers.
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and other business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales opportunities, quotations, negotiations, and orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Analyze the assigned territory and identify market potential and new sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer requirements, and industry developments.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer feedback, market conditions, and potential opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms in accordance with company policies and work towards successfully closing sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Finance,



Logistics, and Warehouse, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory for customer visits, market development, and business expansion.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- Experience in PVC/CPVC/PPR/HDPE piping, plumbing products, building materials, construction materials, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to respond promptly to customer requirements and issues.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working independently and in a multicultural environment.
- Willing and able to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Good command of English.

Working Conditions This is primarily a field sales position, requiring regular travel for customer visits, market development, dealer/distributor visits, and business development activities.

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
