Job Responsibilities

- Have good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, brands, quality, and market rates.
- Collect material requirements and orders from all project sites.
- Check drawings, BOQs, and site requirements to understand the required material and quantity.
- Check the market and compare prices from different vendors.
- Find the best quality material at the best available price.
- Place material orders as per site requirements and approved quantities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material availability and delivery.
- Arrange and coordinate material delivery to the respective project sites.
- Track deliveries and confirm that the required material has been delivered to the correct site.
- Follow up with site teams to ensure that all material requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain a record of site-wise material requirements, orders, quotations, and deliveries.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Keep updated with new materials, products, brands, and market prices.

Required Experience 3–5 years of experience in Interior, Architecture, Construction, or related industries.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of interior materials and hardware.




- Good knowledge of market rates and supplier networks.
- Ability to understand drawings and calculate material quantities.
- Good negotiation and purchasing skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer work.
- Ability to manage multiple site requirements and deliveries.

Main Responsibility The Sales & Purchase Executive will be responsible for the complete material purchase process — from collecting requirements from project sites, checking quantities and market prices, selecting the right supplier, placing orders, coordinating delivery, and confirming that the material has reached the correct site on time and at the best possible price.

Location:

Mumbai-based role with frequent site visits.
