We’re Hiring: Sales Recruiter

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 In-Hand

What You’ll Do

- Find & attract sales talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media & referrals.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Understand hiring targets and close positions within timelines.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates & hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing sales requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Sales/Telecalling/BPO hiring.
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Positive knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Target-oriented, proactive and energetic personality.




- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with deadlines.
