Role Overview The role involves processing and managing utility bill payments (electricity, water, gas, DTH, telecom, broadband, insurance premiums, etc.) through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS). The person will handle end-to-end BBPS transactions, ensure timely bill settlements, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer bill payment requests via BBPS for electricity, water, gas, DTH, mobile/postpaid, broadband, and other utility categories.
- Verify biller details, customer IDs, and bill amounts before transaction execution.
- Monitor transaction status (initiated, pending,



success, failed) on the BBPS platform/agent dashboard.
- Reconcile daily transactions.
- Handle failed/pending transactions, raise disputes, and coordinate refunds.
- Maintain transaction logs, generate MIS reports, and support audits.
- Assist customers/agents with BBPS-related queries, receipts, and payment confirmations.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in payments or fintech operation
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems (UPI, BBPS, NEFT/IMPS)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and transaction reconciliation
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under transaction deadlines
- Knowledge of BBPS architecture
- Familiarity with payment gateway
- Basic troubleshooting for failed transactions
- Customer handling and dispute resolution skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
