URGENT VACANCY – SALES OPERATION

IDEA Placement Services is hiring for an exciting opportunity in Sales Operations.

Position: Sales Operation

Experience: 5–7 Years

CTC: ₹9–11 LPA

Location: As per company requirement

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Sales Operations and coordination
- Manage order processing and sales-related documentation
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain sales data
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Monitor sales processes and follow up on pending activities
- Support the sales team in achieving operational targets

Candidate Profile ✔ 5–7 years of relevant experience

✔ Strong analytical & organizational skills

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel / MIS





✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✔ Experience with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage

✔ Gems & Jewellery industry experience preferred
