About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations professional to join our MICE travel team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both winning business and making it happen.

You will manage the complete journey—from understanding the client's requirements and preparing proposals to coordinating suppliers, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience for corporate groups travelling within India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage B2B/B2C sales opportunities for domestic and international MICE travel.
- Understand client requirements and create customized itineraries, proposals and quotations.
- Handle corporate groups, incentive tours, conferences, events and group travel.
- Coordinate flights, hotels, transfers, visas, sightseeing, activities and other travel services.
- Negotiate with hotels, DMCs, airlines and other suppliers to achieve competitive rates.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers before, during and after the trip.
- Manage on-ground operations and resolve last-minute travel issues professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business.
- Ensure accurate costing, margins, documentation and timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver smooth and memorable MICE experiences.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in MICE, corporate travel, tour operations or destination management.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations.
- Experience in preparing quotations, itineraries and costing.




- Strong vendor and client management skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and handle pressure during live operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of travel software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- A proactive, solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.
