Role & responsibilities

- We are looking for an energetic and motivated Diploma Civil Engineer to join our marketing team for project sales of our paint, wall putty, primer and coating products.

- The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, visiting construction sites and interacting with builders, contractors, engineers, architects and painting contractors.

- The candidate will be responsible for identifying new projects, generating product enquiries and developing relationships that lead to sales.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Project Identification: Identify ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial and institutional

construction projects in the assigned area.

1. Site Visits: Regularly visit construction sites and meet builders, contractors, engineers, architects and

painting contractors.

1. Product Marketing: Promote Truefit's wall putty, primers, emulsions and protective coating products

to project decision-makers.





1. Enquiry Generation: Generate product enquiries and follow up with customers from initial enquiry

through to order.

1. Technical Coordination: Understand basic construction and painting requirements and recommend

suitable Truefit products.

1. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain robust relationships with builders, civil contractors,

engineers, architects and applicators.

1. Sales Follow-up: Follow up regularly on quotations, samples, trials and project requirements to

convert enquiries into sales.

1. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor products, pricing, specifications and activities in the assigned

territory.

1. Reporting: Maintain daily records of site visits, enquiries, follow-ups and project status.
