nMandatory: 1–5 years of Paint Industry experience.

n

nStrong experience in Retail Sales / Dealer Sales.

n

nHandle dealers, retailers, painters and contractors.

n

nAchieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

n

nDevelop current dealers and expand market coverage.

n

nConduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing and schemes.

n

nManage orders, stock availability and collections.

n

nGood communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

n

nDindigul/Thanjavur / Kumbakonam market experience preferred.

n

nWillingness to travel extensively within the territory.
