Role Description This is a full-time on-site Ftc role based in Howrah. The role involves supporting day-to-day financial and customer service operations, including handling customer queries, processing applications, and ensuring accurate documentation. The individual will assist in promoting relevant financial products, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities may include data entry,



basic analysis of customer information, and follow-up communication to ensure timely resolution of requests. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to performance targets, and collaboration with team members to deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with financial products and services, including basic understanding of lending, insurance, or wealth-related offerings.
- Robust customer service orientation, with skills in communication, relationship building, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in using computers and digital tools for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a focus on finance, commerce, or business is an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial services, NBFCs, or retail banking is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Howrah, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate in a diverse team.
