Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Kolkata. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting the company’s chemical products, and developing sales strategies to increase market reach.
Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, conducting product presentations and training sessions, and providing responsive customer service. The position also requires coordinating with internal teams on pricing,
delivery schedules, and feedback, as well as preparing regular sales reports and market insights to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide and support team members or channel partners.
- Basic understanding of chemical products or industrial supplies; prior experience in the chemical or related industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Kolkata, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools for preparing sales plans and performance summaries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
