Position Details

Role: Sales Officer

Experience Required:-

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Commercial Vehicle (CV) sales and/or Automobile Dealership Sales.
- Candidates from commercial vehicle, passenger vehicle, two-wheeler, EV dealership, and automobile retail sales backgrounds can be considered.

Compensation:-

- Net Salary: 18,000 - 22,000 per month
- Sales Incentive: 2,500 per vehicle sale
- Budget flexibility up to 25,000 - 30,000 for solid and relevant performers, along with the applicable incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Generate and convert sales leads.
- Handle dealership walk-in customers and field sales activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
- Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and generate referral business.
- Coordinate with finance and documentation teams for seamless vehicle delivery.
