Position Summary We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will manage cross-functional projects, oversee campaign execution, and align sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for sales and marketing campaigns.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.

- Track project KPIs, monitor lead generation efforts, and manage campaign timelines and deliverables.

- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity,



and campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.

- Manage vendor, agency, and partner relationships to support marketing and business development goals.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience: 5+ years in project management, sales, marketing, or business development (B2B preferred).

- Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms, project management tools, and digital marketing strategies.

- Competencies: Solid stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
