SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities, generate leads and promote our range of industrial machinery and engineering solutions to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through calls, email, social media, references and other channels.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery/products.

Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.

Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain a proper sales pipeline.

Coordinate with the technical/production team to understand product specifications and customer requirements.

Visit prospective clients, dealers and industrial customers when required.

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs and other business-development activities.

Research market trends, competitors and potential customer segments.

Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

Any Graduate / Postgraduate qualification.





Candidates with a Sales & Marketing background will be preferred.

MBA / PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills and a robust interest in Sales & Marketing may also apply.

Candidates with prior experience in Sales, Marketing, B2B Sales or Industrial Sales will be preferred.

Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Tamil and English communication skills required; knowledge of Hindi or other languages will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and email.

Preferred Experience

Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with relevant Sales & Marketing experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in selling industrial machinery, engineering products, manufacturing equipment or other B2B products will be an added advantage.
