Sales & Marketing Executive – IT Products Location: Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Work Type: Work from Office Job ResponsibilitiesSell and promote software and IT-related products/services to potential customers. Generate leads through calling, email, online research, and other channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits to customers. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Maintain customer details, sales records, and follow-up reports.



Coordinate with the technical and internal teams for customer requirements and support. Stay updated about company products and relevant market trends.

RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Experience in IT, software, SaaS, or technology product sales will be preferred. Valuable communication and convincing skills. Basic understanding of software/IT products. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Comfortable with office-based sales activities . Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations. Target-oriented and willing to achieve sales goals.
