ITPlusPoint Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who will take an active role in lead generation, prospecting, client communication, sales, marketing, and business development for our own software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ITPlusPoint’s products and services, generate leads, and increase brand visibility.
- Research target markets, industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, social media, digital marketing, networking, webinars, promotional campaigns, and other channels.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Track leads, campaigns, sales activities, and performance using CRM, AI, and sales/marketing automation tools.
- Achieve assigned marketing, lead-generation, meeting, and sales targets.

Requirements

- Students, fresh graduates, or candidates with BBA, MBA,



B.Com, or any relevant degree.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
