About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and self-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our real estate business in South Bangalore.
The role involves generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential customers and clients, promoting properties, following up with leads, and converting opportunities into successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field marketing, corporate outreach, exhibitions and other channels.
Connect with property owners, investors, tenants, developers and corporate clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Promote residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties.
Handle customer enquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
Negotiate with clients and work towards successful deal closures.
Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Support social media and digital marketing activities.
Track leads and follow up through the sales funnel.
Achieve individual sales and business development targets.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
