YOUR ROLE
✓ Develop new dealers & distributors
✓ Visit dealers, retailers and farmers
✓ Generate enquiries and convert them into sales
✓ Develop new markets across Saurashtra & Kutch
✓ Conduct product presentations & field demonstrations
✓ Build long-term customer relationships
✓ Generate repeat orders and follow up for payments
Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory
Self-motivated, aggressive and target-oriented
Good communication and negotiation skills
PERFORMANCE = EARNING
This is a sales-driven position where performance will be measured primarily on actual sales achievement, new dealer development, repeat business and market expansion.
