Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive – PMC & BMCnPIP Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing / Business Development skilled to develop our business for:

nPMC (Phenolic Moulding Compound) and BMC (Bulk Moulding Compound)

nLocation: Tamil Nadu & Karnataka

nEmployment Type: Full-time

nExperience: 3–8 years

nIndustry: Polymer / Plastics / Thermoset Materials

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Develop new business opportunities for PMC and BMC grades across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
n
- Identify and develop customers in automotive, electrical, electronics, appliances and industrial sectors.
n
- Build and maintain relationships with moulders, component manufacturers, OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers.
n
- Generate customer enquiries and follow up on quotations, trials and purchase orders.
n
- Coordinate product trials and grade approval activities with customers.
n
- Follow up on trial results and develop opportunities into regular business.
n
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for business expansion.
n
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with suppliers and the internal team for suitable products and commercial proposals.
n
- Monitor market developments, competitor products and pricing.
n
- Maintain regular customer visit and sales activity reports.
n




- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
n

Candidate Requirementsnn
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in polymer, plastics, thermoset materials or related B2B sales.
n
- Experience with PMC, BMC, SMC, DMC or similar moulding compounds will be an advantage.
n
- Experience in automotive, electrical, electronics or industrial component markets is preferred.
n
- Established customer relationships in Tamil Nadu and/or Karnataka will be an advantage.
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
n
- Ability to develop new customers and manage existing accounts independently.
n
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
n
- A qualification in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical Engineering or a related field will be an advantage.
n
- Good working proficiency in English is required for customer and business communication.
n
