Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across Relief Medicals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing customer relationships, and improving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Set sales targets for branches and sales team members.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.
- Monitor product sales, fast-moving products, and sales trends.
- Coordinate with branch managers, pharmacists, inventory, and management teams.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and new product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and procedures.
- Train and guide team members on sales techniques and customer service.
- Ensure excellent customer experience across branches.




- Assist management in developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales management, retail, pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and engaging a sales team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales planning and performance analysis.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good computer and reporting skills.
- Ability to work across multiple branches when required.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience 2–5 years of relevant sales-management experience, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, FMCG, or consumer products.
