We’re Hiring — Business Development / Sales Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development / Sales Manager to lead and manage our field sales team.

What You’ll Do

Manage and guide the field sales team

Set daily and monthly sales targets

Plan field visits and territory activities

Generate new business opportunities

Build relationships with business partners

Track team performance and sales

Conduct regular team meetings and follow-ups

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Support the team in achieving business targets

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Telugu & English communication

Leadership and team-management skills

Willingness to travel for field work

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Experience managing field sales teams is a plus
