- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Generate recent leads and develop new customers.

- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients.

- Identify new market and business opportunities.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.

- Track sales pipeline and ensure timely order closures.

nCandidate Profile:

- A bachelor's degree in any industry.

- 1+ years of sales & marketing experience
n
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
n
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
