Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and promoting TECHXPERT’s facility management and corporate services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of leads. The role also involves collaborating with operations and service delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.

The Sales

Manager will be expected to meet revenue targets, uphold company values of transparency and trust, and contribute to long-term partnerships with key accounts.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Experience in B2B services or facility management sales, with the ability to understand and position solutions such as AMC, housekeeping,



and technical services.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms to manage pipelines and client interactions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in facility management, corporate services, or related industries in Chennai or similar markets is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client meetings, and collaborate effectively with

What we are looking for? ✅ 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development

✅ Experience in Facility Management, IFM, AMC/CAMC, Engineering Services, Staffing, or related B2B services preferred

✅ Strong network with corporate clients and decision-makers will be an advantage

✅ Proven track record of achieving sales/business targets

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills

✅ Strong lead-generation and business-closing ability

✅ Comfortable with field sales and local travel across Hyderabad

✅ Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred
